Cheez Crackers

I can seriously eat an entire box of cheez-its without even blinking.  But they aren't just cheezy crackery goodness...there's all kinds of weird stuff in there.  I just can't bring myself to eat them.

In comes this amazing recipe to save me from a desolate life of cheez-it deprivation.
Cheez Crackers
What's In It:
1 1/2 c (6oz) grated cheese
4 T butter, softened
3/4 c flour
1/2 t salt
1 T milk

What To Do With It:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Put everything except the milk into a food processor and pulse a few times until crumbly.
Add the milk and process until the dough forms a ball.
Roll the dough out on a floured surface until approx 1/8" thick.
Cut into squares or whatever shape suits your fancy. I use a pizza cutter dipped into flour to keep the dough from sticking to the blade.
Use a toothpick or a fork and poke holes into each cracker.
Transfer to a lined cookie sheet.  Make sure the crackers are not touching each other.  They will puff slightly while baking.
Bake 12-15 minutes until the edges are just starting to brown.
Cool on a baking rack.  You can place the crackers on the rack or just set the cookie sheet directly on the rack.

EAT THEM ALL!!
